What format are the footage in?
All krishnacreationz footages are in mov format.

Do you add footage on a regular basis?
Yes. We add footage as they are taken. Click on "Newest footage " to see the latest footage that we have posted.

Can I submit footage to sell?

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of footage and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the krishnacreationz footage that I download?
Yes. While krishnacreationz offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our footage, or allow the use of our footage within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any footage on our site at no extra charge.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos krishnacreationz using your details, send a support request.

Do your footage have model releases?
Yes, in instances where footage have familiar faces in them, those people have signed a model release which is on file in Krishnacreationz offices. Some editorial footage may not be model released. These editorial footage will be indicated as such, directly below the footage.

My page shows an ERROR message and there is no image what does  this mean?
This means that you are either an unacceptable image number, or that the photographer
has deleted this image from the site because they save copyright to their image.
If you need an image, download it as soon as possible.

Can I create an online gallery of your photos?
No, you cannot create online galleries of our footage. We protect an onlne gallery, and users Can be reffered directly to our website. We suggest that you use a Lightbox for the purpose  of grouping and sharing pictures.
